Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what you type into the booking request form:

• Your name
• Your WhatsApp number
• Your email address, if you choose to give it
• The rental details you ask for: vehicle, dates, pick-up location and, where it applies, flight number

We do not collect ID documents, passports or card details through this site. Where those are needed, they are handled directly and never through the form.

What we use it for

To answer your request, confirm availability and arrange the handover of the vehicle. Nothing else. We do not use it to send you marketing unless you specifically ask us to.

How it is sent

When you press "Send on WhatsApp", the form opens WhatsApp on your device with the message already written. You are the one who sends it. That message travels through WhatsApp, a Meta Platforms service, and is also subject to that company's terms and privacy policy.

This website does not store your request in any database, nor does it send it to any server of ours. The information stays in the WhatsApp conversation.

Who we share it with

No one. We do not sell, rent or pass your data to third parties. Only the Schneider Rent Car staff handling your request can see it.

How long we keep it

WhatsApp conversations are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the request and manage the rental. You can ask us to delete the conversation at any time.

Your rights

Under Dominican Republic Law 172-13 on the Comprehensive Protection of Personal Data, you may ask to access your data, correct it or have it deleted. Write to Schneiderrentacar@gmail.com or call 1 (829) 596-9855.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising and no visitor profiling tools.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top.
